Nicole Perry Joins CannaFirst Financial as Director of National Sales

CannaFirst Financial, a leading financial services firm specializing in cannabis banking solutions in the United States, is pleased to announce the appointment of Nicole Perry, CCBP, CBPA, CTM, PBC-1, as its new Director of National Sales. With over two decades of experience in the financial services industry, Perry brings a wealth of expertise in banking, business development, and cannabis-focused financial solutions.

In her new role, Perry will oversee national sales and marketing initiatives, expanding CannaFirst Financial’s reach in states with established cannabis programs. She will be responsible for strategic business development, managing social media and trade show engagement, and enhancing financial services offerings tailored to the cannabis industry.

Perry joins CannaFirst Financial following her tenure as Cannabis Banking Program Manager at Credit Union 1, where she led the restructuring and expansion of its cannabis banking program. She has also held leadership roles at The Dart Bank, where she also help grow its national cannabis and hemp program, and at Fifth Third Bank, where she trained and mentored financial center managers while significantly increasing revenue.

A recognized leader in financial services, Perry holds multiple industry certifications, including Certified Cannabis Banking Professional (CCBP), Cannabis Banking Professional Advanced Certification (CBPA), and PBC Level I Cannabis Banking Certificate. She earned her Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Management from Davenport University.
