• Send Portraits By Rod a message using the form on the website or call to discuss the headshot session. Tips and helpful information will be provided to the key contact person so they can forward to everyone participating in the headshot session.
• Rod will arrive the day of the photo shoot about 30 minutes prior to the first session to set up. Each session is limited to a single outfit per person unless separate arrangements are made prior to the photo shoot.
• The photo session for each person typically lasts about 7-8 minutes, and Rod will photograph up to 7 people during a 1-hour session. If the client wants a wider variety of looks and more time is needed per person, then pricing and scheduling can be adjusted accordingly.
• Within approximately 7 days of the session, the company contact will receive an online proofing link to share. It will contain a curated selection of images for each person that was photographed. For the final selected image, Portraits By Rod takes care of everything: color correction, adjusting exposure, softening bumps and wrinkles, and making other adjustments so each person looks their best. This mastering of each image is included in the quoted price. After all the selections are made, the selected image of each person is typically uploaded to an online gallery in four different formats: color print resolution, color web (LinkedIn) resolution, and a black and white version at both resolutions. A quality black-and-white portrait is not a color version converted at the push of a button. It is carefully mastered to create a unique version of the image.

About Portraits By Rod. Rod Arroyo began his photography career working as a photojournalist for a daily newspaper. This is where his connection between storytelling and photography was firmly cemented. He established his photography business in 2000, and he has been a portrait photographer and cityscape artist for many years.
